Activated charcoal is made from carbonized and activated hydrophobic adsorbent.
Contains a lot of microporous activated carbon and has a huge surface area, can effectively remove chromaticity, bad smell, can remove the secondary most organic pollutants in produced water and some inorganic matter, contains some toxic heavy metals.
The main ingredients of activated carbon are almost any carbon-rich organic material, such as coal, wood, shell, coconut shell, walnut shell, apricot shell and jujube shell.
These carbon-containing materials are converted into activated carbon by pyrolysis at high temperature and under certain pressure in the activated furnace.
